I'm getting hot-tempered and impatience with everything right now something that I should not be doing/have...

I had just threw my temper at my doggies for barking out so loud when my sister came back.

Yesterday too, felt like slapping my sister for not listening to me making repeat umpteen times.....

Seriously this is so bad and right now I feel so bad about it.
