I'm working 4th day & I am so upset and angry with them or him rather.

I've got this Indian male supervisior, he is so bias against me.
Fancy scolding me in what I do, he does not care about how I am only himself.
Obviously I would get scoded before he does and he thinks that he is the only one getting all the blame. He does not bother to listen to me before telling me off.
